Whether you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from your true self, or seeking support to break free from patterns of people-pleasing and burnout, these sessions provide the dedicated space you need. We’ll dive deep into healing practices like hypnosis, intuitive coaching, regression, Parts Therapy, and somatic exercises, guiding you to rediscover your authentic self and step into a more embodied life. You’ll be automatically enrolled to the monthly Sacred Soul online class, held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Each session is intuitively curated to align with the energetic themes noticed in the collective. You may come live, or listen to the replay.

Classes will feature a blend of topics, and each session will end with a guided meditations or hypnosis, and may host guest speakers. As a Sacred Soul member, you’ll be part of a like-minded community, all journeying together towards deeper self-discovery and inner peace.
